Your Pathway to Certification

This 60 hour ICF Accredited training equips participants with the knowledge, skills, and ethical framework to earn the Professional Coaching Certification awarded by the Academy for Coaching. The curriculum is grounded in the core competencies of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and includes theoretical foundations, experiential learning, and practical application. An additional 10 hours of mentor coaching including review and analysis of two recorded coaching sessions are included in your training.

Participants will also receive Academy for Coaching's "Business in a Box" to support the launch and growth of your coaching business.

Note the mentor coaching training takes place weekly following the certification training on Fridays from 12pm-1:30pm, Dec 12, Dec 19, Jan 16, Jan 23, Feb 6

Participants will:

• Develop a solid foundation in ethical coaching practices.
• Cultivate a coaching mindset that supports client-centered growth.
• Master the skills to co-create relationships and foster trust.
• Enhance communication effectiveness to evoke client awareness.
• Facilitate client growth through actionable insights and accountability.
• Complete 10 hours of mentor coaching required for ICF certification.
